We’re currently a small outfit with a big vision and plenty of passion to match that vision. We have just one full time employee, a part time trainer and a part time administrator. Having just acquired charity status we are currently finding our feet and need help to do this. We’re already in discussion with fundraisers and project directors and £5000 would help us secure the assistance of a professional who will help us develop a business plan and create bids for our various financial needs.

If we could rains £10,000 we would be able to properly implement our Peer Education programme where we take Romance Academy Graduates and train them up to co-lead more Romance Academies.

If anyone wants to give us £30,000 it would allow us to employ a part time Director of Operations who could complement my skills – it would be great to have someone to work closely with on a daily basis. This role would concentrate on building the Romance Academy into an efficient and thriving charity capable of gaining more significant funding and practically fulfilling the potential we have to influence the youth of the nation. This initiative would also help fund a PHD Research Student who will be looking at the link between self-esteem and sexual health. We are in need of developing a professional and recognised way of evaluating our outcomes to enable us to speak to Government with authority.
